Stichting Geloofsgemeenschap Utrecht (translation: Utrecht Faith Community Foundation), located at Betuwe 118, 3524 TJ Utrecht, is responsible for the processing of personal data as set out in this privacy statement.

The foundation operates under the public name of de gemeente in Utrecht (translation: the church in Utrecht).

For clarification, de gemeente in Utrecht is an independent social entity and is not part of the municipality of Utrecht or other government agencies.

However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and BSN (Civilian Service Number). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, or within four weeks at the latest.
